Automated Feeding, Positioning, and Transport
Our handling solutions move pipes, profiles, and semi-finished products safely and automatically through your production line: material feeding from magazines and bundles, conveyor technology with roller conveyors, chain conveyors, and cross transports, robot-assisted loading and unloading, and buffering and sorting. All systems can be equipped with inline measurement technology – components are transported and simultaneously measured.

Singulation Systems
Automatic Separation of Bundles into Individual Pieces
Our singulation systems separate pipes, profiles, and bars automatically and damage-free from bundles, magazines, or batches. Whether bundle singulation with separating strips, magazine singulation with sensor control, or robot-assisted singulation with image processing – every system is individually designed for your material and throughput. Measurement technology can already be integrated during singulation: length, straightness, and cross-section directly from the very first process step.
